I often use an eclectic approach, blending different techniques and approaches to fit your needs, as every individual is different. I may utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, expressive arts, mindfulness, Solution focused, Narrative, DBT techniques, Holistic, Play, and most importantly, Person-Centered Therapy.

Together, we will improve your self-esteem, self-compassion, coping skills, emotional identity and regulation, self-awareness, daily functioning, motivation, communication skills, boundary setting skills, and be able to identify and understand your symptoms along with lowering the intensity, duration, and frequency of your symptoms.
